Do you wish to book a lunch in the self-service canteen of the Prague Townhall ? Price per day 50.- CZK / ca $1.20 June 6 June 7 June 8 You will have to pay cash in Czech korunas at the cashier on the spot

Would you like to take part in a common dinner in a restaurant overlooking Prague from above gardens that may be still in blossom on Thursday evening? It might be that a small contribution (ca EUR 10-15) will be collected from you. NO YES if YES, please check if you wish a vegetarian menu

Would you like to take part in a post-seminar excursion to Southern Bohemia on Friday afternoon through Sunday? An advance payment of ca EUR 70 will be requested. NO YES The number of participants is limited to 30. Please do register not later than April 20

Please, do not get worried if you do not see yourself in the participant list immediately. The participant list, country and workshop registration lists will be amended - if needed - every full hour from Nov 23 until Feb 28, every five minutes from Mar 1 to Apr 30 and every 20 minutes afterwards, until the starting day of the seminar, June 6 2001.
