The most important result of your report should be to share your experience concerning the latest developments in the application of information and communication technologies in your library. All ELAG participants should receive a concise map of our achievements, solved and unsolved problems, and plans for the near future.

To make things easier for you, you can use a prefabricated template with data you entered at registration already filled in. Please look at the Country /Institution participants list. In front of names you can see icons in three colors

	Clicking the icon will generate a template for your ELAG 2001 Progress Report, you can download it and after filling it in using your favourite html editor, please e-mail it to elag2001@stk.cz In case someone else than an ELAG participant will be reporting on behalf of an institution, [s]he may use whichever name and simply rewrite it when filling-in the template.
	The yellow report icon is assigned to the first person from an institution who clicks the white icon. The dumb program does not recognize who is the boss and who was just curious. In case you need it, clicking this icon will show you your template again. Note that only one person per institution is expected to present a report ;-)
	After we recieve your Progress Report, we'll change the icon to the green one; clicking it, everyone can read your report here. All reports are also available at the Progress Report list

Extract from Guidelines for authors

1. Terms: Progres Reports should be submitted not later than May 15^th,
2. Mailing address: All documents should be sent as attachements to <elag2001@stk.cz>
3. Formats:
   • Both HTML and Word formatted files are superb :-))
   • HTML formatted files are most welcome :-)
     Note: If you are attaching HTML files, please do not forget attaching also accompanying material (gif, jpeg, pdf, etc.) if any
