The Reference Centre provides consulting and advisory services and access to primary and secondary collections and databases for reference queries. Reference services are provided free of charge, even for non-users of STL.
On the basis of individual orders by users, the STL Reference Centre provides all kinds of Searches from information sources in the STL collections and on the internet.
Search can be ordered in writing by using a web form, or by sending a filled-in order in the RTF format by e-mail to: reference@stk.cz.
The processed Search can be paid for by transfer order on the basis of an invoice or in cash in the Reference Centre.
Search prices are charged according to the Price List of STL Services.
In case the customer agrees with payment in cash when personally collecting up the Search results, processing of shorter automated Searches can be ordered by phone.
