Updated quarterly, all data are available. The Czech National Bibliography contains the following databases:
- Czech books (covering the period from 1945): the database contains bibliographic records of books published on the territory of the Czech Republic and sent to the Czech National Library as a compulsory copy in 1983-1999.
- foreign Czech studies
- theses and summaries by authors (covering the period since 1989): since 1964, the Czech National Library has been registering legal deposit copies of candidate and doctoral theses defended on the territory of the former Czechoslovakia (until 1976), later on the territory of the Czech Republic.
- special documents
- nominal authorities: the database of Czech national authorities contains records on Czech authors mostly from the 19th and 20th centuries. The records originated at the Department of National Authorities at the Czech National Library.
- articles in Czech newspapers, journals and collections of articles (starting from 1991) The database contains articles and writings published in serial publications on the territory of the Czech Republic, received by the National Library and libraries participating in the Cooperation system of Czech Bibliography of Articles in 1991-1999 on the basis of legal deposit copies for their collections.
- periodical titles published on the territory of the Czech Republic (starting from November 1989) The database of periodical titles contains newspapers and journals published on the territory of the Czech Republic.
