Jedním z principů řešení vstupní brány je i současná „vstupní brána“ k on-line časopisům na stránkách STK – stojí za povšimnutí princip informace prostřednictvím zkratek. Na další úrovni (kliknutím myši na některý z oborů) je zkratkami řešena například informace, které odkazy zpřístupňují fulltext (FT) – uživatel to zjistí ihned na „druhé úrovni vstupní brány“ a nemusí tyto stránky sám prozkoumávat. Prozatím zde ovšem není zcela dořešena ta část za „vstupní branou“, která je předmětem řešení projektu LI01018 – a to princip „dalším kliknutím myši se dostat pokud možno přímo k časopisu“
