Dear Guido,

We are not forcing our users to migrate to ALEPH 500 immediately.
We are providing free of charge a WEB license to our 300 users and in return we are asking for their letter of intent that they will migrate to ALEPH 500 in a reasonable time period.

This maybe two years but we must indicate a limit of time after which the 300 Web license will expire.

Another valid option is to forget about the letter of intent and just to order ALEPH 300 Web license from Ex Libris according to the ussual practice.

Regards

Udi

To my mind to ask for a letter of intent is something quite different from requiring that the users have placed the order for an upgrade to ALEPH 500 and I would consider this weakened condition acceptable.
